We are pleased to offer hotels around conference venue (PGIMER, Chandigarh) to make your conference experience hassle-free. These special rates are available only to the registered delegates for the conference. You may book your accommodation online at the time of registering or later on, through the conference website which is subject to availability of rooms at the time of booking. The online system allows only one room to be booked by the delegate. Request for group bookings, may please be made on e-mail to hospitality@mec-9.com as limited rooms are available on these rates, we urge you to book sooner to avoid disappointment.

• Arrival and / or departure transfers unless booked
• Expenses of personal nature like laundry, room service, any meals (except buffet breakfast), bar, telephone etc.
• Anything not specifically mentioned as included above.
• 5% service charge will be applicable on total billing.

Any amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities. Inability of MEC-9 to provide services as per amendments will not dilute its right to levy cancellation charges.
